As people living standard rise,customer demand increasingly diverse,and the rapid development of e-commerce,more and more customers tend to online shopping,orders increased greatly,online order has been occupied for the most part of the whole channel order market share,coupled with irregular cloth goods warehouse,storage,commodity type is unitary,the item quantity is less,single warehouse often cannot satisfy the customer order category more or order item Numbers(" more than a single product " or " more than a single volume ")needs the reality of the situation,you need more distribution centers to satisfy,the resulting warehouse distribution,when customers bought more category or item number of goods,And it is stored in multiple warehouses,then will face the problem of order splitting.Through literature review and practical investigation,the majority of logistics enterprises in the face of the split orders,order processing methods are often use the principle of the shortest distance order split,the single method give priority to the shortest distance factor,makes the vehicle use the increase in the number,distribution path repetition,delivery timeliness,distribution costs increase,poor customer service experience,therefore,how to effective order,the order processing method,choose reasonable order split principle,thereby effectively reducing The Times for pickup and delivery times,customers take a number,is the key problem of the research of this article,And on this basis,the follow-up distribution path planning is carried out to reduce the distribution cost of logistics enterprises and improve customer service experience.Therefore,this article use the minimum order split principle is put forward,considering the time Windows and vehicle capacity constraints,building with the mathematical model of the target of minimizing the total cost,on the basis of genetic algorithm design of two phase genetic algorithm(ga),the application research in P logistics enterprise as an example,using the MATLAB programming to solve the distribution scheme based on principle of minimum order split,and with the shortest distance order split distribution scheme is compared,the principle of the results showed that the distribution scheme based on minimum order split principle better,can effectively reduce the number of vehicles,pickup,delivery times,take times,improve delivery timeliness,To achieve the goal of reducing the total cost of distribution,and analyze the effect,verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm,hope to provide guidance and reference for related logistics enterprises.
