First of all,we detail the development of research situation and development trend of domesticand international scientific and technological innovation. Then analyze the DEA Evaluation Method and study the CCR model among it. Focus on its formula for the evolution of methods and calculation formula. At last,calculating a concrete example of the CCR model is given. Overall analysis by the scientific and technology innovation platform in Henan Province,Design the systems architecture and database structure.The system uses C++language to develop,it consists mainly of the processing module, the results display module, query module and add the data module.During the implementation process,we solve the model,Matlab and VC++mixed programming and other key issues.This system is currently put into use, it’s mainly used to evaluate the innovation efficiency of regional innovation system and industry innovation efficiency in Henan Province.in order to Provide decision support for economic innovation and development in Henan Province. |
