With the rapid economic development,the adventage of the digital age has constantly changed all aspects of our cultural life economy and the development of all walks of life.Publishers are creating a variety of new ecology in the process of digital technology innovation.Each new ecology also represents a new type of publishing business model.At present,China's traditional publishing industry has entered a bottleneck.With the popularization of modern information technology,different publishing modes have emerged,and traditional publishers have mushroomed into new digital forms.However,many difficulties and obstacles are encountered in the process,which seriously restrict the healthy development of the industry.Those problems and shortcomings are that publishing a single content,the lack of scientific and novel resources,and market demand out of touch;seeking a new business model in the publishing process of transformation can not be accurate positioning itself and establish the publishing industry chain;small publishing house will also face the inherent weakness of underfunding;the digital transformation is even more difficult;the degree of mastery of digitization skills by traditional publishing staffs is quite obvious,all indicate that our publishing industry lacks a high level of bold attempt in the process of transition and lacks unified,integrated and in-depth business model exploration,is unable to obtain new business model.The digital process in China can not stand in the industry and can not achieve the sustainable development of the industry.Therefore,only by grasping the essential characteristics of publishing houses,increasing the investment of traditional publishing to the new publishing business model,establishing and perfecting the industrial chain of publishing industry,and cultivating the outstanding talent team of science major can we effectively create the business model and actively promote the traditional publishing innovative publishing business model transformation.This paper studies combining the method of theory and practice,the theory involves many fields such as economics,publishing science and so on,combined with the actual situation of DR electronic publishing house to make rational use of it.Finding the relevant references,master the commercialization of publishing enterprises at home and abroad contrasting the differences between domestic and overseas business models,learning from the practical experience of successful examples,studying the ways and thinking of solving problems,in order to analyze the business model of DR Electronic Publishing House,Problems and shortcomings and give reasonable suggestions and countermeasures to innovate and explore the business model of DR Electronic Publishing House.First of all,this article introduces the current domestic and foreign research on digital publishing,business model innovation and other related content,analyzes the characteristics of business model innovation.In particular,it introduces the current development of digital publishing industry both at home and abroad,and analyzes and compares the typical business models at home and abroad by taking Amazon and Dangdang Networks as an example,and explores the influencing factors that influence the business model.Secondly,this paper analyzes the development of DR electronic publishing,especially its existing business model and the existing problems.Furthermore,through the analysis of the status quo of DR electronic publishing house,the author designs the business model innovation and makes business model innovation through the conformity with strategic objectives,operational efficiency,customer value of products and services,and the financial value of business model Evaluation.Finally,provide support and guarantee for the DR electronic publishing business model innovation smooth progress.
