Radar interference is a new way for war which has developed in the World War II. It has an important value in military field. The evaluation of the efficiency of radar inference is of importance yet. The thesis mainly designed the radar inference efficiency evaluation system, and implemented some modules, which consists of those followed:Some characters of warning Radar, Jammer and war scene were studied and analyzed, and the main framework of the evaluation system was designed. The simulation for the module of radar echo, the module of management for received signal and the modules of display for results of system were done in this thesis. The module for radar echo can simulate diversified echo signal of targets received by diversified radars in terms of setting up the parameters. It is unnecessary to result and transfer the material echo produced by the module of radar echo, while it is enough to compute and transfer the corresponding coefficients, which increased the transmission speed between modules. The module for dealing received signals exactly got the video results of targets by combining the technologies of hardware-accelerated and algorithms of signal processing. The modules for showing the result, introducing the VC++'s characteristic of object-oriented, described and managed various elements for showing by using the concept of "Layer" , which avoids the shortcoming of low extending and inconvenience to system maintenance caused by most elements for showing described by union data structure in traditional display. The research result of this thesis can be applied in electric war system, which can improve the fight ability of electric war equipment.
