Under the background of VUCA era,enterprises are in urgent need of business model innovation to meet the rapid change of social environment.But the evaluation system of business model innovation of Internet enterprises constructed by academia is still mostly based on product marketing model,enterprise development context and corporate governance,while ignoring the factors such as optimization of enterprise value activities,customer demand satisfaction,cooperation with suppliers and other external subjects emphasized in the VUCA era.In view of the emerging value network theory in recent years,the above elements are analyzed and discussed in depth.Therefore,this paper attempts to integrate them into the evaluation system construction of business model innovation of Internet enterprises,so as to meet the needs of Internet enterprises to adapt to the rapid change of social environment in the era of VUCA.Specifically,after systematically reviewing the existing research on the concept of business model innovation and the evaluation of business model innovation in academic circles,based on the three dimensions of value creation,value transmission and value realization emphasized by value network theory,this paper constructs an interconnected business model with 15 three-level indicators,including domestic and foreign market share,financial resources and supply chain management.Innovation evaluation system.On this basis,an evaluation questionnaire was issued to 7 scholars and enterprise managers in relevant fields,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the weights of the above three dimensions and 15 specific indicators.The results show that in the evaluation system of business model innovation of Internet enterprises under the background of VUCA era,the dimension of value transfer occupies an important position(0.38),followed by the dimension of value creation(0.32),and the dimension of value realization is of low importance(0.29).In addition,this paper also applies the business model innovation evaluation system to Xiaomi technology co.LTD(Stock code 01810,hereinafter referred to as Xiaomi)for further quantitative discussion.Through 20 questionnaires,the scoring values of 15 specific indicators of Xiaomi in the initial stage,the development stage and the deepening stage were obtained.On this basis,the weights obtained by the analytic hierarchy process and specific indicators are weighted,and the comprehensive level of millet business model innovation in the three stages and the specific level of each value dimension are obtained.The results show that the overall business model innovation level of Xiaomi shows a significant growth trend(the three-stage scores are 2.793,3.112 and 3.918 respectively);for each value element,the value transfer dimension score is higher and shows a significant growth trend(the three-stage scores are 2.094,3.282,3.976 respectively),and the value creation dimension score is second and the growth trend is weaker(the three-stage score is 2.094,3.282,3.976 respectively).They were 2.86,3.049 and 3.91 respectively,and the scores of value realization dimension increased significantly(the three-stage scores were 2.46,3.083 and 3.541,respectively).In this paper,the above changes are further analyzed and explained in light of Xiaomi 's management strategy.Finally,combined with the above conclusions,based on the VUCA era,the perspective of innovation evaluation and optimization of business model of Internet enterprises can better let suppliers,investors and other stakeholders understand the current situation of enterprise operation,help operators to better evaluate and improve financial and nonfinancial aspects,summarize past experience and predict the future.
