In the environment of knowledge-based economy, the public have realized the importance of knowledge and moved to the library to meet their thirst for obtaining knowledge. As an important source of knowledge, the library should adapt to the development of society and provide lots of knowledge services to meet publics’ demand. The library reference which is the base stacks of library knowledge transfer is a core business of the library, and it make knowledge transfer become possible. In recent years, knowledge transfer has attracted many scholars that mainly in the field of enterprises, universities, librarios and so on, but there was almost no research on knowledge transfer of the library advisory team.It formed research questionnaire on the basis of these four elements and send them to National Library. The author receive102copies of the questionnaire and analyzes them by the Excel, which include:the main body of the Library Advisory Team, communication, organizational context, knowledge transfer performance and other aspects of analysis. It verifies the suppose by the analyzing conclusion. This paper makes a study on library advisory team and the performance of knowledge transfer, and form the its key point—verifying the performance of knowledge transfer. Its elements consists:the main body of the Library Advisory Team, communication, organizational context, service situation. And then, it builds research model and gives out suppose. To further validate the above-mentioned elements which affect the performance of knowledge transfer, the author had a visit to several national library’s advisory team which include the National Science Library of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Science and Technology Information Institute, and it further validates the affecting elements by the cases.This author argues that it is the library advisory team, the transfer frequency, team culture, living environment, the incentives that is the main factors affecting performance of knowledge transfer, and the research will be useful to make the library knowledge transfer much better and provide a reference to library advisory team.
