Research On The Construction Of Library Staff In The Secondary Vocational School Library Based On Subject Knowledge Service

Network environment is formed rapidly, libraries are faced with unprecedented challenges. Library need to innovate and reform, to carry out the service of a higher level in China, to satisfy the user’s information demand, promote the smooth work of university library. Modern information technology subject knowledge service modes of library librarian team put forward higher requirements.Library services in the new period gradually to discipline knowledge service mode,this is the development trend of library service model in the new period. With the improvement of secondary vocational school comprehensive strength, the developing direction of the secondary vocational school service work also to discipline knowledge service mode.The quality of the librarian is high and low has become the important factors that affect the modern library development. Especially at the request of the library knowledge service mode, librarians play a most important role and the first condition of the library work, So analysis and study the development of colleges and universities library librarian, management, innovation to promote the pressing needs of the development of institutions of higher learning in the library career in China.In this paper, specific research idea is under the guidance of theory of discipline knowledge service in the library, analyses two secondary vocational school, and as the research sample team overall present situation investigation, and analyze the problems and reasons, and then under the guidance of theory of discipline knowledge service in the library put forward the corresponding development strategy is so far producing precious and countermeasures.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces research background and significance, and summarizes the predecessors’ research about this topic.The second part discusses the characteristics of the discipline knowledge service mode of librarian team in the secondary vocational school library. The third part mainly on-the-spot investigation of the two secondary vocational school librarian team current situation and main problems, and analyzes the causes of the problem. The fourth part mainly is to improve the two secondary vocational school strategies of library construction, mainly including the first part of the role of the librarian to re position, improve the subjectlibrarian system, select the outstanding talents, strengthen the training of librarians, and actively carry out various forms of cooperation between teachers and students.
