University Library Of Knowledge Transfer Mechanisms And The Empirical Research

Along with knowledge economy time arrival, the knowledge is gradually substituting for the elements of traditional production, such as, capital, work and land, and becomes the social most main resource. The library of universities as the important knowledge origin, the knowledge transfer has become current most important task, in order to adapt the demand of society to the knowledge. The transfer is refers to the library of universities, using the theory and the technology of knowledge management, through discovery, excavation, choice, conformity, memory and so on, to each kind of interior and exterior knowledge resources of library, transfers the part of knowledge which the reader needs to them, and enhances ability of the reader to gain, share and the innovate knowledge of universities library.This article in reviews the predecessor's research results, analysis the content, characteristic, function and influence factor of knowledge transfer. Therefore, I comprehensively analyzed the movement mechanism of knowledge transfer in the library of universities. After that, the article, through the front theoretical analysis, has conducted the investigation and study to the library of Tianjin Polytechnic University. In combining with actual situation, the article proposed the research model and the theory supposition, and took the knowledge transfer process four essential factors—transfered knowledge, the knowledge source, the knowledge acceptor, the transfer situation—center eleven factors as the influence factors. Over the university, the article makes investigation with questionnaire and analyzes the investigation results with SPSS13.0.According to the result of investigation and data analysis, several important research results are drawn. This article thought, in the influence factors of inside and outside knowledge transfer factor in the library of Tianjin Polytechnic University, the impression to the library knowledge transfer achievements is most obvious, which was given by expression of knowledge, the transfer ability of knowledge source, the excavation ability of knowledge acceptor, Knowledge distance in related situation.Besides, in accordance with the research results and the concrete circumstance of library, the article provides advices for improving library knowledge transfer performance and expects the future research.
