With the development of IT technology, data transmission plays an important role in every walk of life. A data transmission mobile terminal based on NiosII and ZigBee technology is designed in this paper. The function of wireless data transmission, displaying data and processing data are achieved. Terminal upgrade and maintenance are easier by using the NiosII technology. The advantage of low cost, communications speed fast, great capacity and signal through obstacles is owned by this ZigBee technology. The main work is shown following.(1) SD card storing driver and TFT displaying is designed by using NiosII technology and the data in SD card is showed on the terminal.(2) μC/GUI is transmitted on NiosⅡ soft core process, which makes the displaying effect more abundant.(3) Each model in this system is dispatched by μC/OS-Ⅱ and C2H is used to improve the system performance.(4) Wireless transmission model is designed by using CC2530chip, which achieves the data transmission between PC and terminal.Through the debugging of the whole system, the functions above are achieved and may be applied in intelligent household system and production management.
