This paper is mainly to research a high temperature pressure sensor’s measuring andtesting techniques. The core of the high pressure sensor sensitive components is a siliconpiezoresistive pressure sensor, and the sensor with a special heat insulation, heat and thetransmitting pressure’s structure. According to application in different environment and aims,the high temperature pressure sensor’s testing techniques and method is different also. Inorder to make the testing pressure is no distortion in the high temperature environment, weanalysis the testing method from the sensor’s static and dynamic. And though testing andcalibration, we obtain the sensor’s static model, dynamic model and the various performanceparameters. In order to improve precision about the sensor’s test, I analysis the influencefactor about the test accuracy. Through the combination of the temperature sensor and thesingle chip technology, I design the signal processing circuit, complete the temperaturecompensation about the pressure sensor and complete the sensor’s high temperature test. Atlast, I achieved the sensor’s signal which store and display.In the test about the high temperature pressure sensor’s dynamic characteristics, I mainlyanalysis the sensor’s test technology and the frequency characteristics. Using the right testmethod, I finished the high temperature pressure sensor’s dynamic characteristics test. Theused method is the shock tube method. I analysis the high frequency pressure sensor’sdynamic with a shock tube method, According to test, I draw the sensor’s frequency responseand technical index. I obtain the sensor’s frequency characteristics in FFT algorithm. And Imake a conclusion about the different structure size of the pressure pipe’s influence to thehigh temperature pressure sensor.In the testing of high temperature pressure sensor’s static characteristics, Thoughanalysis the sensor’s theoretical and the practical application about the high temperaturepressure sensor, I build a simple and reliable pressure test system. Through the experiment, I get the relationship between the sensor’s output and the standard pressure value. In order tomeet the test’s requirement in high temperature environment, I do the high temperature testabout the high temperature pressure, I draw a conclusion about sensor which has a good staticcharacteristics.In the testing of high temperature pressure sensor’s high temperature reliability, I mainlyanalysis the temperature’s influence to the sensor’s working stability and testing precision.Combined with the temperature sensor and the single chip microcomputer, I established thesensor’s temperature compensation method and achieve the high temperature of pressuresensor’s high temperature stability test. Through testing, I draw the temperature’s influenceabout the sensor’s characteristics, and ensured the sensor’s stability and reliability in thestipulated time.Finally, I make out a summary about this paper, and make outlook about the hightemperature pressure sensor’s testing technology.
