This article is a research and development project that should be based on the production d emand.With the completion of the research and design of piezoresistive pressure sensor,in the process of NPI introduction,verification of product process capability and optimization and improvement,the company gradually realized that based on piezoresistive pressure sen sor temperature drift is very serious.It is necessary in a certain processes and the reliabilit y of the pressure sensor after the experiment,increase the number of product performance t esting procedures to reduce the outflow of non-conforming products.By this request,we de signed a set in the batch production process,the main performance of the piezoresistive pre ssure sensor for automatic test,and test data is sent to the back-end management system w ith which management personnel to control the process of product quality.The main contents of this article are;(1)Through the reading of the literature,in-depth study of the principle of a variety of pressure sensors to understand its automatic calibration,automatic test of the status quo at home and abroad and future development trends.And a depth study and comparison to the core performance of two kinds of piezoresistive pressure sensor which company mainly used,and to the company's signal conditioning chip MAX 1452 structure,function and application having a more in-depth understanding,more importantly is in-depth understanding of the pressure sensor error sources.(2)The evaluation of the performance index of the pressure sensor is mainly based on the national standard and the calculation method of the landmark.Based on this subject,the technical indexes of the test system are planned in detail.Of course,in the early stage of system design,we also consider the other output signal testing compatibility,combined with these situations more detailed design of the overall system program.The core part of this test system is 5 units,which are the main control test unit,the pressure control unit,the product multi-channel test unit,the product bar code scanning unit and the test data sending unit.The structure of each unit,the independent function and the interrelation between the units are introduced in detail.Using MCGS embedded edition and Visual Basic 6.0,a set of human-computer interaction software system which can meet the requirements of automatic test and control is developed.The test data recording,the calculation and storage of the test indexes are finished,the production efficiency of the testing process is improved and the defective products are reduced.Outflow.(3)The testing process of the product performance index is analyzed and studied,and the performance index of the system is adjusted and optimized.(4)Through the verification of the system's production tempo,the verification of the mu ltiple temperature point of the single-station test and the test of the multi-batch output test,it proves that the whole system runs stably and reliably and meets the requirement of using.The research and analysis of the process capability index of the system further validates th e rationality of the system design.And introduced the system capacity index and the perfor mance evaluation of the entire system,the measured results show that the system capacity i ndex Cmk ? 1.67,in line with the requirements of production use.
