The parameter of artillery gun pressure is an important indicator in the field of testingballistics performance, such as artillery, powder charge, projectile, fuze and so on. It has greatsignificance for artillery design. According to the problems encountered by the artillery gunpressure tester, combined advantages and disadvantages, this paper has designed a tiny shellelectronic pressure test device. This electronic manometer has been achieved with the originaltype electronic pressure measuring device. Capacitance variation was measured with sensitivecomponents, which was formed by gauge shell, and ultimately bore pressure was obtained.The gauge and sensor integration, has solved the large volume, high cost of the originalartillery gun pressure tester. This device has the characteristics of small volume, micro-power,easy operation, good reliability and perfect anti-interference.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the system requirements and technical specifications, determined theoverall system design, and discussed the working principle of the variable spacing of thecapacitive pressure sensor. On the basis of the requirements of the test system, this paper hasselected shell materials, batteries, and inversion switch, and completed the design of the stateof the system work. It lays the foundation for miniaturization and low-power of gauge.(2)According to the characteristics of artillery gun pressure signal, designed transientslightly smaller capacitance testing circuit, which based on charging and dischargingprinciple. Standard capacitor and shell capacitor charging and discharging through theconstant current source circuit, and converted capacitance variation into voltage variation.Transient slightly smaller capacitance test circuit has the advantages of micro-power, perfectanti-interference and high sampling frequency.(3)With the test environment of artillery gun pressure featured for high temperatures,strong electromagnetic interference. the paper proposes requestments to decrease the effect of high temperature and electromagnetic shielding, and takes measures to bring down theinfluence on gauge parameters from temperature and electromagnetic interference.(4)It shows Static and Dynamic calibration of electronic pressure test device andprocesses data. Calibration experiment results show that the test system can meet the designneeds to achieve the testing of the parameters of chamber pressure.This paper has designed a tiny shell electronic pressure test device, which has thecharacteristics of small size, low price of the pillars manometer and micro-power, easyoperation of internal type electronic manometer. It generally promoted the use of the artillerychamber pressure testing.
