Vibrating pressure transducer can be used to measure absolute pressure of air, and have excellent stability and accuracy, so it is in large used in Meteorology, Aviation and Space, Prospecting, Military and manufacturing. More and more transducers are needed.Automatic calibration is more efficient and standard than Manual calibration. It is impendent to develop the Automatic Pressure Test System. In this paper, a platform of Automatic Pressure Test System (APTS) is constructed base on super reliability, maintainability, measurability.The background and advantage of APTS is shown firstly in the paper, then outline and how APTS works is introduced, hardware reliability is very important for automatic system. In the third part of this paper the detail of hardware is described . System function requirement and process is shown in the fourth part, include the whole calibration process, 8 temperature points and 15 pressure points, fail judging principle and calibration method to standard box. In the fifth part, software design detail, which is the most important and complex in the system, is introduced, software framework by using thread technology of Windows make the software become more understandable and more achievable, synchronization among threads also detailed. In this system it is very complex to control over 170 switchs ,30 solenoid switch and 20 devices. Delamination method is used to form 36 instructions and integrate these instructions to complete calbration. Data file format, method to process data also is introduced in detail.The design mothod mentioned in the paper can be used in other automatic system for reference.
