The Design And Implementation Of The Fund Collection Module Of Beijing Social Insurance Management Information System

Beijing Social Insurance Management Information System is built in the original Beijing Social Security Center which is based on C/S structure of four in one Management Information System, using J2EE Three Layer Architecture, Ext and Ajax and is transformed into a bran-new system supporting endowmept insurance, unemployment insurance, work-related injury insurance, maternity insurance. The software is part of B/S structure.Social insurance is a big event relating of social stability and people live and work, therefore, it has great significance to do it well. Due to the characteristics of social insurance of a wide range of business, large amount of business data, long life cycle, policy-oriented and high level of interest in the people of features, the traditional manual management has already been difficult to meet the business needs and enhance the level of public services as a means of information support required. The technology development of social insurance is related to people’s livelihood and plays an important part in the field of information development. In 2005, four in one Management Information System is successful online, as the software is based on the C/S structure and its disadvantage is difficult to upgrade, but in recent years, the government has paid more attention on strengthening the people’s livelihood. With the policy content and requirement changing frequently, it is in urgent need to adopt the B/S structure to implement the system.The system fulfills the informationization of Beijing social insurance, the development requirements of software is from the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security Social Security Center. Functions of the system contain social insurance basic information management (unit joining insurance information management, insured employees’information management), funding management, and data analysis and system maintenance and so on. Funding management involves fund contribution, fund payment and inquiry of their monthly data. In the course of writing the paper, I looked up large quantities of needed documents and consulted the colleagues in our company. So I have had a better knowing of the close relationship between the business and fund contribution module handled by the whole system and other modules. Which made me successfully fulfilled the requirement analysis, outline design, detailed design and implementation and test preparation of the subject.Beijing Social Insurance Management Information System users are from Beijing social security center and the county social security center. Now the system has been on-line and running well with access of Large Quantities of Data, high-concurrency situations 7X24 uninterrupted operations.
