The Design And Implementation Of Image Query Subsystem Of Guangzhou Social Insurance Fund Center Document Image Management System

Social insurance is a kind of social and economic system. It is used to give income or compensation for those people who have lost labor ability, operating post momentarily, or healthiness. Social insurance project is held by government and forces some groups to use a part of its income as social insurance tax (fee), which will further become social insurance fund. In some cases, the insured can get fixed income or compensation from social insurance fund. It is a kind of reallocation system, and it aims at assurance of material and labor force recreation and social stabilization.As a part of electronic information construction of Guangzhou Social Insurance Fund Center, document image management system is developed for mass transaction document storage and management. Its main function is helping the center construct integrated management flow, increase labor efficiency by using electronic information technology to decrease the mechanical workload, speed up document query efficiency and enhance service quality. The image query subsystem which is described in this paper is an important part of document image management system. This subsystem mainly imports the data which are exported by the scanning and processing subsystem, then sets corresponding access rights by data's property, and releases data to document image query system for users' query.For technical implementation, the query subsystem uses B/S structure and object-oriented J2EE technology. Using this subsystem, users can use browse, normal query or composed query as query style in their rights permission. For the parts with no access rights, users can apply for temporary rights online. Once the query result is got, users can view or print (access permission required) the document image immediately, or apply for borrowing online. By logining the image query subsystem, users can browse document, read document, modify his or her own information, send message to others, manage his or her message, and manage his or her own borrowing condition. This document image management system, especially for image query subsystem, is running well and stabily in Guangzhou Social Insurance Fund Center.
