Design And Implementation Of Fund Management Information System For Small Insurance Companies

Fund management is an important part of company financial management.Funds penetrates the working environment of the group company just like blood.The guarantee of sufficient funds and smooth circulation is an important prerequisite and condition for the realization of the company's development and the smooth implementation of the company's established strategies.With the advent of the information age,the level of company informatization directly affects the competitiveness of company.If company can make full use of IT technology and establish a highway for fund management,it will certainly improve the management level,and achieve efficient and low-risk fund management requirements.Therefore,the construction of fund management information has become an indispensable part of the company's growth.The perfect fund management information system plays a vital role in guiding the financial management of company.This paper reviews the literature on fund management at home and abroad from the theoretical research and applied research,discusses the relationship between relevant theories and company fund management,and points out the importance of informatization construction for fund management and company management,and combined with the design and implementation of a small insurance company's fund management system for analysis and elaboration.The paper first introduces the background and significance of company fund management in the current digital era,and reviews the domestic and international fund management and the development of related information systems.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of a small insurance company 's fund management and points out the problems and deficiencies.Then,the system construction objectives are briefly analyzed according to the company's fund management content and management status.The system infrastructure and management requirements are described combined with the system's main application-type functional requirements,such as account management,plan management,settlement management and internal and external information system docking,which lays a foundation for system design.Then it's the overall design of the system,which is based on the analysis of system requirements.Starting from the system construction to the integration of system applications,the system design is divided into three levels: the underlying architecture,the basic application management and the transaction application management.The design from the underlying physical architecture to functional modules is detailed.Finally,the implementation of the system is described in detail according to the system design blueprint.The physical architecture of the system,and the implementation results of the functional modules of account management,plan management,settlement management,bank-enterprise direct connection and ERP docking are explained one by one.The fund management information system utilizes standardized module application and custom developed ERP docking function,effectively integrates the company's respective dispersed business systems,and significantly improves the security and efficiency of fund management.
