The Research And Design Of Chengdu Social Insurance Information System Baseing On J2EE Technologies

The Chengdu social insurance information system has been online since 1999.It deals with the social insurance found including the insurance of endowment,medical,workers' compensation, birth,enterprise annuity, the medical supplementing service, the synthesizesing of agricultural labourers and the urbanization personnel of leving the land.. The system has deposited and managed over 10 million people of basic data of taking part in each social insurance, it also exchanges with 468 fixed-point hospitals and pharmacy through network. More than 1.8 million person who taking part in social insurance carry on real-time transaction with the system.It has created the data current capacity high degree of concentration, the peak value concurrent business volume big situation. With the integration advancement of city and countryside, we estimate the number of person who participating social insurance will double than now.Now, the Chengdu social insurance information system adopts the structure of Client/Server system. Beause of the limitation of 7 years ago, the services and software designes are unable to satisfy the demands of current service already. Therefore, it becomes urgent of how to enhancing the handling ability of information system under the original's, the management level and the fusion with new IT technology.The promotion of Chengdu social insurace information system adopts multilayered system of J2EE. It uses the B/S/S application system structure, has solved the shortcomings of Client/Server system. It conforms to the technology standard and the networking request of"the Gold Insurance Project".We adopt the lightweight J2EE frameworks during the development. We make the MVC framework with Struts, make the data lasting level with ibatis, make the service level with Spring. It reduces development time, saves expenditure, enhances development efficiency.Through this project implementation, we will have centralized unification social insurance information system and have build the data central in Chengdu. It will realize the" data centralize", the entire journey information of dealing services, the social public's service request of insurance,the information exchanging of crosswise correlation departmentes,the three levels of applications which hold out city--county-street, the community extends, and forms the social insurance information services and the management system of unification, security, quickly, convenient in Chengdu.This project will be online in January, 2007.I have taked part in route selection of technology, the demand analysis, the work of design, and the coding participation in the project.
