Staff leaving request is one of the basic human resource business as well as the most important corporate operation. It works for all staff’s welfare. Nowadays traditional systems suffer from low efficiency, bad security and remote-disable. So it is very significant to design and develop an Eleave system, so as to cut the cost and improve efficiency.In this paper, for enterprise users of electronic means leave the demand to do research and needs analysis based on prototyping. (1) It states Eleave system uses UML-based user case for requirement analysis. (2) Based on the user cases, analysis the Eleave system needs and design its object-oriented. (3) It introduces some technical detail in database design with ER diagram. (4)Show Overall framework and system design, sub-modules in detail design. (5)Eleave System is developed on ASP. Net technology within 3 layer architecture. DAO object design technology is used for logic object and stored procedures are adopted for efficiency. In the end, the paper discusses the security tests.The system has been successful on-line, enhancing the efficiency, performance met the design requirements to achieve a practical goal. Eleave interact commands between front end and users, and process online business and data storing in the server. This online operation cuts off the paper need, standardizes leaving request transaction and decreases staff’s workload. Eleave improve the processing efficiency and security so as to make great contribution for corporate clients.
