Caslonic Kansei,as a global comprehensive automotive parts manufacturer, is the biggest supplier of Nissan motors corperation, including various types of companies like R & D,manufacturing,assembling,inverstment, international trading in China.With the rapid developing and keen competition in automobile industry,the group’s size is growing quickly and the work has been divided into more detailed for employees gradually as well as the data of human resource management accumulates rapidly. The data of different fields like employee files, salary files, performance scores and training files are divided into information silos caused amounts of data is just stuffed and difficult to be analysed effectively. Therefore,the report requested by boss is useless when report is completed so as that the time and labor is wasted.Instead of searching information from huge amount of data, a kinds of tools is in needs for integrating and using the data storaged effectively which also has excellent user interface, powerful analysis function. By using the tool with the indicators designed, it’s supposed that DSS (dicision support system) can be achived with data supported. OLAP inluding analysing and front-end tools can support user a straight, rapid and upright data analysis platform.Higher and higher turnover rate occurs and lower and lower enthusiasm of employees becomes due to the improper human resource managements.Then it is analyzed the necessity to use OLAP tool to assist remuneration management.By implementing theory of data warehouse and ETL tool.Then design cube for data which is able to be analized by OLAP for solving information island problem.Based on this kind of data which is able to be analyzed,introduce the method of establishing HR KPI,defining dimensions,data source,display mode according to different business field like planning, dission and so on.Discus emphasizes on that in analysizing multi-dimension reports and its display modes which are created by OLAP operation like slice,drill up, drill down,pivot,calculate the labor cost for supporting the top managers’dissisions.In this way, OLAP analysis becomes a important part of human resource management.
