In recent years, business managers strengthened the emphasis on the ability of business process transformation. It is an important foundation of the transformation process which analysis existing processes data and historical process data. Data warehouse and data mining technology can conduct a comprehensive analysis and display for large amounts of data. However, there are some differences between business process model and traditional multidimensional data model. Therefore, there are some difficulties that data warehouse and data mining technology application in business processes. The paper used OLAP technology to implement multi-dimensional data modeling for business processes. In order to achieve this goal, the results and the present work contains the following aspects. Firstly, the paper analyzes the data warehouse, online analytical processing (OLAP) and data mining technology, and summarizes the modeling methods and procedures based on OLAP cubes. Secondly, the paper summed up the general corporate business process model. And business process models are described in detail and refinement of the deep-seated. Thirdly, the paper proposes dimensions and measures of general business processes to process multi-dimensional analysis, and illustrates the meaning of every dimension and measure. Finally, the paper summarizes the OLAP system architecture that based on B/S structure. The innovation of this paper contains the following aspects. Firstly, combining with the physical model of the business processes, the paper conducts in-depth analysis and refinement of the elements in the enterprise business process model. The elements or attributes is refined can be used in business process analysis. Secondly, the paper proposes the multidimensional data model of the business process in concept. At the same time, the paper proposes the dimensions and metrics of the business process for multidimensional data analysis. Thirdly, the paper concludes OLAP system architecture, which has good integration with enterprise business systems.
