Quality management is the quality control and quality improvement activities in enterprise withthe purpose of ensuring the quality of products or services to meet requirements of customers. In orderto find a new way to improve quality management efficiency and make use of quality information, thisresearch discussed how to use quality chain management method to control the quality of spaceflightproduct final assembly, which is based on status of quality management in a enterprise whose mainbusiness is spaceflight product final assembly.First of all, the theory and working model of quality chain management is analyzed. Based on thefeature of spaceflight product final assembly, the quality management principle, policy, target andorganization structure have been made. In addition to that, some important part of final assemblyprocess has been discussed. A quality chain management system has been built on all of the aboveinitially. Also, all quality information has been sorted out and its flow has been investigated. Theenterprise quality culture must be established through education, training, and encouraging QC groupactivity. Later,this thesis discusses how to make use of quality chain management information systemto manage quality information in this enterprise.Then, through investigated the requirement of enterprise quality management informationization,the overall objective of building quality chain management information system for spaceflight productfinal assembly has been made. The system structure and framework for application and service havebeen chosen. Also, the deployment scheme and network environment of system has been planed. At thesame time, roles for users and model of functions have been designed. Then a database has beendesigned for the system through modeling for quality data.Finally, the management information system (MIS) has been developed by using several techniqueand tools. There are seven function models in this MIS, they are user management model, auxiliaryequipment management model, quality tracking, mass defect management, quality informationfeedback management, quality case management and quality document management. Generally, ThisMIS will help to improve the efficiency of quality chain management in spaceflight product finalassembly.
