Design And Realization Of Communication Equipment Product Quality Management System

The quality data can reflect the quality of the product real-time,which is the premise and foundation of the scientificalness and effectiveness of the quality management.The AIT process of Communication Equipment will accumulate all kinds of record data,which includs the process documents,process matching tables,implementation record tables,materials bills,warehouse bills,verification records,work order bills,quality control bills and so on.These data constitutes the product data packets;however the collation and analysis of the data packets would often be done just before the Communication Equipment launched,which is complex and disordered.If we can do the date analysis in our daily work timely,it can make the work more effective.Based on all kinds of the product quality problems which happen during the process of Communication Equipment AIT,taking effective measures,improve the technology or management methods,raise the quality of the products pertinently.The main work of this paper is as follows:1)Combined with the Communication Equipment assembly work content,this paper summarizes the main business processes,and combining the process,analysis of the link which impact on Communication Equipment assembly work quality step by step,and put forward the quality management information system of quality management of Communication Equipment assembly process.2)This paper designs a framework of the overall structure and functions of the system of Communication Equipment assembly quality management system.3)This paper designs and develops the Communication Equipment assembly quality management system,and has been applied to the Communication Equipmentmodel,specification of Communication Equipment assembly production data management,standardizes the Communication Equipment assembly production data management.4)This paper presents the quality analysis method data of Communication Equipment assembly,and develops of the corresponding function in the system,provides the basic data support for enterprise quality management and control.
