In the course of 60 years of development,China's space industry has achieved great achievements in manned spaceflight,lunar exploration and space laboratory.These achievements are inseparable from the strict quality management in product development.The quality of products depends to a large extent on the quality of electronic assembly.However,most assembly companies currently use paper tracking cards to record and store information,which is not only inefficient,high error rate,but also slow in quality information flow and extremely difficult to search and trace.In order to improve the product quality control system and meet the requirements of aerospace development,enterprises urgently need to realize the informationization of the quality management of assembly.To this end,this paper studies the quality management system of the electronic assembly process based on MES.Firstly,it analyzes the business process of electronic assembly and the functional requirements of enterprises for MES system.By analyzing the information flow of assembly activities,the information model is constructed by combining the production and information characteristics of the workshop.Then use the electronic assembly process management to build a structured and parameterized product assembly process model,and then combine the process model,product BOM tree and user information to dynamically generate online quality collection board,ensure that workers record,inspect and audit quality information in an orderly manner under the control of role authority,achieve the control of the assembly process and the implementation of product quality responsibilities.Finally,the system uses mathematical tools to statistically analyze the quality information to obtain workshop monitoring charts and product quality reports.The focus is on the generation of online quality collection board.The basis of board is the electrical assembly process model.Through the component management of the electronic assembly process,the electronic assembly process model is decomposed into a large number of different types of parameter items(information models).Users can customize the parameters of the process to achieve flexible adjustment of the product process,thus adapting to the complex and varied process of aerospace products and frequent version changes.The system dynamically generates an online quality collection board based on the process model,and provides assembly guidance and information recording for the user-defined new product process.In addition,the system uses COM technology and maps data with XML comparison table to realize the automatic generation of quality tracking reports.The system reuses functions such as data management,process management,data collection,and process scheduling in the MES.Optimize the process based on ensuring business implementation,,and the quality information of the full electronic assembly cycle is collected and transmitted in real time.At the same time,the system classifies and statistical analysis the collected quality data,so as to master the production status and product quality information of the workshop,and implement hierarchical backup management of product quality information according to the BOM tree to ensure rapid retrieval of product quality information.Traceability.The system has been successfully applied in the enterprise.
