High Definition Multichannel Analog Signal Input/Output System

Data acquisition is the basic way of accessing information,its basic principle is to convert analogsignals into digital form and analyse them.As an important branch of information science,dataacquisition bases on sensors,signal measuring and processing,microcomputer technology,etc.It mainlyresearches the collection,storage and processing of analog signals,which is highly practical.In this thesis,a design scheme of hign speed,multichannel vibration signal acquisition and signalouput system is brought forward,it combines analog signal input and output and is highly real-time.Thissystem can simultaneously acquires8channels of signals from sensors,and convert them into digitalsignals,and then send these data to PC.In the mean time,it outputs2channels of waveforms from PC.PCcan send instructions to the system to change coupling mode,measuring range and sampling rate.Thissystem uses24-bit ADC and DAC which can meet the demands of high definition,and it utilizesFPGA+DSP structure,which can increase the flexibility.Featured in plug and play and high datarate,USB2.0is used to connect the system to PC.This thesis first introduces the tradition and present situation of data acquisition,then analyses thesystem parameters and gives the hardware structure based on FPGA and DSP.After that it introduces thedetailed hardware design of analog part and digital&control part.And then it introduces the thought andrealization of software on board.As FPGA is in charge of connect the chips around and buffer thedata,the logic design of FPGA includes interface logic design and FIFO design;DSP is used to read datafrom FPGA and write control word into FPGA,so the software of DSP includes initializationprogram,the main program of reading data and interruption service program.The USB controller canconnect DSP and PC,its software is consisted of firmware, driver and PC program.
