China is a big manufacturing country.Under the development background of "industry 4.0" and "made in China 2025",China is carrying out industrial upgrading and technological reform.Intelligent manufacturing is the mainstream development direction in the future.Machine vision technology is widely used in chemical,food,medical and electronic industries,effectively promoting the automation and intelligence of manufacturing industry.As an important branch of machine vision,visual inspection can quickly and accurately detect the appearance defects of the products on the production line of the factory,significantly improve the production efficiency,reduce the cost of enterprise personnel,and has a broad development prospect.In recent decades,visual inspection has been developing continuously,which has helped intelligent manufacturing in China and promoted the industrial upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry in China.According to the actual production needs of the factory and the development of the industry,this paper designs and develops an ultra-high definition image processing system based on QT platform.In this system,the appearance of the production line workpiece is captured by the industrial camera to obtain the image,and the algorithm is used to compare with the standard workpiece data to detect the qualified degree of the workpiece appearance.With Hikvision industrial camera to shoot ultra-high-resolution images and use a hardware platform with stronger performance,compared with other similar detection platforms,it can significantly improve the detection accuracy and speed,and ensure the camera to work stably in harsh environment.The system can connect up to four cameras and detect multiple production lines in parallel.The UHD image processing system is divided into two parts:data processing software and system control software.Data processing software is divided into camera management module,data management module,message management module,parameter management module and analysis management module.Through the message communication mechanism between modules,the software can control the external camera for image acquisition,and can effectively manage the camera parameters,tool parameters and processing results generated during the running time.The software provides five detection tools:correction,contour,color,distance and circle.Through the combination of different kinds of tools,combined with detection template and integrated algorithm library,it can detect the appearance of the workpiece to be tested.After the statistical analysis of the test results,it can be visually displayed to the user.All parameters in the software have been saved locally in the form of JSON files for data backup and parameter importing.After the development of the UHD image processing system,this paper designs detailed test cases to test the function and performance of the system one by one.The test results show that the system can accurately detect the scratches,cracks,color missing,abnormal shape,printing errors and other appearance defects of the production line products,and can ensure the stable operation of the system for a long time.
