Because of the status of being ride roughshod over, and the resents towardsJapanese harsh Policy for governing minorities, Taiwan Wushe aboriginal conductedthe world shocking armed resistance to the Japanese army, which also named theWushe Incident, during the period of Japanese occupation. In this paper, modernjournal literatures from mainland China on the Wushe Incident is presented. Thoroughcomparison is conducted through published articles and inconsistencies from groupnames to the recorded induction of events are reported according to the best currentmaterial availability.According to the reports of the Wushe Incident,different events narrations andmeanings were given by people from multiple periods from modern history to thepresent age. It might because people did more thorough and objective research andanalysis with time past or might because multiple historical politic significant weregiven under different ages. Although multiple inconsistencies is pointed according tothe comparison of narrated the Wushe Incident from the modern periodicals ofChinese mainland in this paper, major inconsistencies are found to be induced bycomprehensiveness of events narration, analysis depth, various narration aspects orattention points. Analysis of the concluded inconsistencies represents the complexityof history under different backgrounds and observation points. Multiple angles andbetter depth theoretical foundations are provided to current researchers. Herein,research on the Wushe Incident is enriched and can help researchers to have morethorough and objective understanding in future works.
