With the rapid development of information technology, the digitalized barbackconstruction has become one of important symbol for military modernization. Theconstruction of digitalized barback changed not only the intrinsic pattern ofmanagement and open-office of troop, but also gave birth to profound influence forwork, learning and life of officers and soldiers in barback. At the present time, the troopcompleted the digitalized barback construction has made the resource integration foreach kind of operation service system resulted in decentralization and isolation before,and formed the platform of information portal, and therefore it enhanced themanagement work efficiency substantially. The others, in which they have notcompleted the digitalized barback construction completely, generally owned a set ofcooperative office platform, and realized the functions of basic informatization office ininformation issue, document auditing, work turnover and document management amongrelationship between superior and subordinate, between different sectors, andrelationship between officers and soldiers and so on.In order to enhance the efficiency of management work, aimed at the requirementof work task turnover among members of personnel department, it made the analysis inrequirement and functional architecture of system. And combined with the actualsituation of personnel management, it designed a personnel work task managementsystem. The system design adopted the Visual Studio2008as the development platform,made use of.Net technology to develop the system, utilized PowerDesigner to constructthe database model, built the database by means of SQL Server, and finally it completedthe development for a personnel work task management system.The following works have been completed in this paper.①Made the anatomy of current situation of the human resource management inbarback, aimed at being lower in management efficiency resulted in long period ofrequest waiting and work inquiries, the paper proposed the technical scheme ofpersonnel work task management system.②Based on the comparative studies of platform function in cooperative officefrequently asked questions, the paper researched on the key technologies of developingthe management system such as.NET technology, frame structure, developmentplatform and modeling tool and so on. ③Completed the functional and non-functional requirement analysis of work taskmanagement system, and made the detailed design in system structure, module functionand database, in which it adopted work turnover pattern for work process node,therefore it endured the whole design of system to be more reasonable.④Realized a work task management system. The system owned the followingfunctions such as information issue, task turnover and work record inquiry and so on. Ithas reached the original intention of system design. For its existent deficiency such as ininterface and functional module, the paper proposed further the countermeasures toperfect and improve.
