Due to the emergence of e-commerce industry,the talents competition is becoming rising sharply in the job market based on the demand for talents.It shows the common phenomenon in the recruitment where HRs are tired of recruitment means and dismissal of the stuffs constantly.The problems of recruitment the companies facing—the stuffs training for back-up and constant brain drain—affect both the connectivity among different departments and the routine operation,which has a great influence on the development and participation in the fierce market competition.Therefore,it is an urgent need for the companies to improve the level of talent management to ensure the hold the volume of core talents.It is of practical significance for the Internet e-commerce companies to decrease the turnover invention by the high-performance working system.In order to provide a reasonable proposal for HR management,this thesis attempts to explore the way of high-performance working system affecting the turnover intention by job embeddedness,based on the empirical research on interaction among high-performance working system,job embeddedness and turnover intention.Based on literature analysis and questionnaires on the interaction among high-performance working system,job embeddedness and turnover intention,this thesis collected 627 out of 650 questionnaire results,which were only distributed to the employees in the e-commerce companies.The data shows:First,the high-performance working system and its dimensions have a siginificant negative correlation with turnover intention;Second,job embeddedness acts as a medium between high-performance working system and turnover intention partially.
