RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is an comprehensive technology, which has been springing up in recent years. RFID technology has many technical advantages including non-contact identification, small size of tag, fast speed of reading and writing and large amount of data storage, etc. Appling RFID technology to the circulation area of product, which has completely changed the traditional model of management of supply chain and has greatly improved the operational efficiency of enterprises, is bound to be the indispensable technology in the development of logistics of supply chain.First of all, the basic theory of RFID technology is researched, and it's industry development and applications are introduced, especially the detailed analysis of supply chain logistics business, the EPC (Electronic Product Code) architecture and EPCIS (Electronic Product Code Information Service) standard. Then, according to the existing supply chain logistics business, a supply chain logistics tracking model is advanced, with a detailed introduction on supply chain logistics business processes by using RFID technology. Combining with EPCIS technical standard, the function structure of logistics tracking system of supply chain is designed, and the design of the main function module and the key database model in the tracking system are discussed in detail. Finally, the key technologies, including the RFID hardware system employed by tracking system, the encoding system of RFID tag code and EPCIS events definition, etc, are studied in detail.Applying RFID technology to logistics management, the automatization and high efficiency of information collection of product logistics can be guaranteed. By constructing the EPCIS system to share and manage the data of the products and business in all sectors of supply chain, the real-time product tracking and information sharing can be achieved. It is improved that the information flow of supply chain is not smooth, the efficiency and level of management of supply chain are enhanced. In thesis the analysis of model and design of the prototype system are referable for improving the status quo of the supply chain information flow and the efficiency and level of management of supply chain by using RFID technology. |
