Designs and implements a comprehensive file management system for the BeijingMunicipal Archives in the paper, the system is part of the archives, digital archivesbuilding in Beijing. Mainly used to add support for file operations on the archives, thebusiness needs and the original C/S structure of the system can not be achieved in thenew system implementation, to enhance the work efficiency of the relevant offices.The services provided by this system are to adopt a unified interface, better ease ofuse.How to combine the OAIS standards and software engineering methods to designa comprehensive file management system in the paper. We designed and implementeda comprehensive file management system. The design of the system, the real businessneeds of the Beijing Municipal Archives, current status, future direction ofdevelopment of detailed research and analysis, completed the preparation of researchreports and business needs of the book. Contains the analysis of existing systems, theunderlying software and hardware facilities, the overall upgrading of the networkenvironment, integrated file management system "collection" tube "survival",""business platform functional requirements and business needs. Through thecombination of Neusoft SEAS7.5file management system with a data interfacedevelopment, system development. The entire integrated file management system toWEBLOGIC application server middleware construction, to the ORACLE databasedevelopment database server, using the JAVA programming environment forsecondary development in the WINDOWS environment, building a comprehensivefile management system in accordance with the needs of the Beijing MunicipalArchives. The system has high reliability and high load characteristics, to meet thedemanding needs of the archives business. The software system consists of a three-tierBS software architecture, a dynamic web presentation layer, WEBLOGIC is a logicallayer and three-tier to the Oracle database as the data layer. The architecture has theadvantages of large-scale software engineering, large-scale teamwork, which canimprove the development efficiency. Finally, test results confirmed that theapplication software system has high reliability.In addition, the system integration process, the construction of the integrated filemanagement system encountered a problem and the integration of the existing filesystem of the Beijing Municipal Archives, we support the new system in accordancewith the requirements of the Archives in Beijing file information portal,by the data asa whole query, making cross-database searching users can easily old and new libraryarchives collection resources integration. In the future, the Beijing Municipal Archives Digital Archives in construction work, has played an active support role.And archives, media information system data interface construction, audio and videofile transfer barriers encountered by the sub-transmission technology to solve theproblem of large media files, and data interoperability for multi-system of the futuredigital archives system lay the foundation.
