| File system is a necessary part of OA System. In 2012, due to documentary archive management reformation, many new useful functions have been added to the original file system, which preliminarily realized the objective of the file system covering the whole company's requirements. Development and application of the file system make integrated management of company's archives realized preliminarily, improve working efficiency, save cost effectively and lay solid foundation of company's file informationization construction and development in the future.The objective of the digital file system is to establish a unified archive management platform covering the whole company, which will be expanded to cover institutions in other provinces and even overseas. With the unified archive management system(including management structure, management process and standard criteria) and unified archive management software platform, in the whole company, management and flow orderly of hard files and soft files shall be realized; exchanging and sharing channels between the archive management platform and other information systems shall be established; more file related information shall be collected completely, timely and accurately, enriching file database extremely; and a variety of ways and methods to utilize general and specialized file information resources shall be provided, which will make the archive management platform become the important part and main information resource of the company's informationization system. |
