With the growing role of entrepreneurial activity for social development and economic transition, the contribution of entrepreneurial activity on employment promotion, technological innovation, increasing productivity has been recognized by experts and scholars. In addition, by the impact of china’s higher enrollment, The number of university graduates is increasing, The situation of graduate employment is not optimistic. Based on above two reasons, The Chinese government introduces all kinds of policies to encourage and guide entrepreneurship of college students, help students to complete their dream, realize the employment, promote technical innovation, which include the entrepreneurship education policy, the entrepreneurship financial policy, the entrepreneurship training policy and the entrepreneurship service policy. In these resultant force of entrepreneurship policy, the entrepreneurial environment has improved significantly in China, the entrepreneurship of college students becomes more active, the entrepreneurship number increases every year, the graduate employment and regional economic growth has been promoted. However, due to the imperfect of college students entrepreneurship policy, the unimplemented policy and the deficiency of mechanism of supervision and inspection, Entrepreneurship among university students in China is far less than developed countries, and the success rate is far below the general enterprise. Therefore, the exploration and research of college students entrepreneurship policy, developing, adjusting, improving all kinds of college students entrepreneurship policy, and fulfilling them in the implementation process, is helpful for college students entrepreneurship. It also could promote entrepreneurship development in China, ease the difficult problem of the students’ employment, and benefit the promotion of social stability and economic development.The main contents of this article are as follow:explaining the concept of college students entrepreneurship policy, introducing briefly the background of the entrepreneurial activities of college students and the introduction of the policy, then revealing all of these policy; Summarizing the achievements of the entrepreneurship policy, analyzing the problems of these policy in the implementation process; in the end, the proposals are pointed out from the aspects of the perfection of the policy, the implementation of the policy and sound supervision and inspection mechanisms.
