Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Students' Entrepreneurship In Mechanic Colleges

Over the years,many college students have set off a wave of entrepreneurship.A key research project of the Ministry of education on College Students' independent entrepreneurship reveals that the success rate of College Students' entrepreneurship is only 2-3%.With the transition of higher education from elite education to mass education,the employment of college students has become a hot issue of the whole society.On the surface,this is because colleges and universities have expanded their enrollment for many years in a row,and the number of graduates has increased dramatically.But one of the deeper reasons is that college students' employment concept is old,their awareness of independent entrepreneurship is not strong,and strengthening college students' entrepreneurship education is conducive to promoting the transformation of College Students' employment concept,cultivating college students'entrepreneurship,improving their entrepreneurial ability,and promoting college graduates' independent entrepreneurship.Therefore,college students' entrepreneurship can not only solve their own employment problems,but also play a typical exemplary role,drive the whole society to create more jobs,and solve problems for the government and the people.This paper takes the study of the entrepreneurship of students in technical colleges as the research topic,and takes the students of D Technical College as the case study to elaborate the current situation,problems and causes of the entrepreneurship of students in technical colleges in China,and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for reference,so as to improve the entrepreneurship ability of students in D technical college and enhance the entrepreneurship management level of D technical college.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)As a long-term process,entrepreneurship needs the joint efforts of the whole society to create a loose and good entrepreneurial atmosphere.All kinds of factors also restrict the development of students' Entrepreneurship in technical schools,which needs the joint efforts of the government,universities and students;(2)The problems of D Technician College Students' Entrepreneurship include:the gold content of entrepreneurship projects,the weak awareness of entrepreneurship,the immature concept of entrepreneurship;the limited conditions of entrepreneurship;the urgent development of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities;the strength of entrepreneurship assistance needs to be strengthened.The causes of the students'Entrepreneurship problems include:lack of scientific guidance on entrepreneurship projects;adverse effects of traditional concepts on entrepreneurship education;lack of awareness and initiative of students on innovation and entrepreneurship education;insufficient attention to entrepreneurship education of students in Technical College;insufficient support from the government on Entrepreneurship of students in Technical College;(3)the countermeasures to promote the students' Entrepreneurship in Technical College D include:enhancing the students' awareness of innovation and Entrepreneurship Education To build a scientific innovation and entrepreneurship education system;to strengthen the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum in an all-round way;to enhance and improve the effect of entrepreneurship education:in a multi-channel and all-round way;to create an atmosphere of entrepreneurship education and establish an effective guarantee mechanism.
