Research On The Implementation Of College Students' Entrepreneurship Policy Based On Lianyungang City

In recent years,with the rapid development of national economy and the increasingly severe employment situation,the employment pressure of college students is increasing.In order to alleviate the employment pressure of college students and stimulate their enthusiasm for entrepreneurship,the Chinese govenment has issued a series of innovative entrepreneurship policies to support and encourage college students to start their own businesses.Under the new situation of widespread entrepreneurship and innovation,more and more college students are turning from employment to independent entrepreneurship,which has injected a fresh blood of innovation into the social economy and stimulated the enthusiasm of entrepreneurship of the whole people.In response to various policies issued by the Chinese govenment to support and encourage college students to innovate and start businesses,local governments at all levels have also formulated corresponding local policies to support and encourage college students to start businesses.Lianyungang,as the leader of open coastal in Jiangsu Province,is playing a more and more important role in connecting the north with the South and communicating the East with the west.On the basis of sorting out,researching and analyzing the existing entrepreneurship policies in Lianyungang,this paper investigates and studies the satisfaction of college students entrepreneurs with local entrepreneurship policies in Lianyungang.Taking college students and college entrepreneurs in Lianyungang City as the object of the questionnaire survey,this paper collects data by using the method of questionnaire survey,and obtains data from four aspects of policy understanding,policy intensity,entrepreneurial needs,specific policy implementation and satisfaction through different samples,and then carries on the analysis and research.By investigating and analyzing the satisfaction of college students in Lianyungang with the existing entrepreneurship support policy,the paper finds out the deficiencies of the policy in supporting college students' entrepreneurship and meeting their entrepreneurship needs.In view of the problems found in the study,this paper puts forward rationalization suggestions from the aspects of policy formulation,incubators related to college students' entrepreneurship,and entrepreneurs of College students.It provides a reference for the steady advancement of research work on College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship in Lianyungang,and puts forward rationalization suggestions for the optimization of College Students' entrepreneurship policy in Lianyungang.
