A Study On The Government’s Role In College Students’ Entrepreneurship In K City

In recent years,with the expansion of colleges and universities and the impact of economic downturn,the problem of employment difficulties for college students has gradually become prominent,and the state has successively issued a series of measures to solve the problem of employment difficulties for college students.Among them,encouraging college students to start their own businesses and promoting employment through entrepreneurship has become the key to solving the problem of employment difficulties for college students in China.With the proposal of “public entrepreneurship and innovation”,governments at all levels have successively introduced various measures to support college students in entrepreneurship and employment.The effectiveness of the implementation 坎 of these policy measures has become an important issue of urgent concern to the government and the public.In this paper,the employment and entrepreneurship policy of K municipal government under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" is taken as the main analysis object.Through the investigation and research,the main purpose is to evaluate and analyze the implementation effect of the government policy for the university students in K city and the graduates in the Business Incubation Park.As the policy maker,service provider and environment Builder of College Students’ entrepreneurship,relevant documents have been issued to stimulate entrepreneurship enthusiasm,special entrepreneurship funds have been set up to guarantee entrepreneurship conditions,and entrepreneurship incubation base has been established to promote quality improvement.According to the survey,K municipal government has adopted many policies to support the entrepreneurship of college students,but there are still some deficiencies in the policies,such as the lack of guidance mechanism and incentive mechanism for policy content,the poor diffusion of policies due to the implementation and operation of policies,and the lag of environmental construction,which restrict the innovation and Entrepreneurship of college students;in the actual implementation of the government’s entrepreneurship incubation policy,there are still difficulties and failures in the implementation The difficult dilemma,the lack of policy coherence and planning of the government,etc.From the perspective of government functions,it is mainly to better build energy service and employment and entrepreneurship platforms for college students,so as to attract more college graduates to participate in such platforms and carry out entrepreneurship and other aspects.Based on the existing problems,this paper proposes to establish a K-city university entrepreneurial management system from the perspective of the entrepreneurial environment,the entrepreneurs’ policy makers and the executive supervisors,and the supporters of venture capital.Establish a management system that promotes the employment of college students.Finally,from the promotion of college students’ entrepreneurial work,constructing a good public opinion environment,timely promoting the entrepreneurial policy,strengthening the assessment and supervision of policy implementation,and ensuring the smooth implementation of the entrepreneurial policy,it proposes safeguard measures to promote the K city government to better play its entrepreneurial role.Through the implementation of the management system and safeguard measures,the K municipal government is promoted to better promote college students’ entrepreneurship.
