Abstract/Summary:
Teachers’in-service training is an important way to improve theprofessional quality of the teachers. It relates to the growth of theteachers themselves, the development of the students and education.Therefore, do a good job in teacher training has been the focus of theeducation system. In order to make the training to promote theteachers’ professional capacity and educational quality of teaching,teaching training must start from demand analyzing, only we do thedemand analyzing accurately, can the training work lead a goodresult.In this paper, it mainly uses survey and interviews researchmethods, using SPSS data analyzing tool, in order to analyze the realdemand of the teachers. This paper is mainly divided into six parts:the first part is the introduction, including research background,research significance and research methods; the second part is therelevant theories and the implications of the primary and secondaryschool teachers’ training demand; the third part is the literaturereview, including the necessity of teachers’ training, training target, content and forms; the fourth part is the present situation of teachertraining; the fifth part is the analyzing of teacher training, fororganization, teachers and task; the sixth part is the suggestions andopinions based on the training needs, which mainly includestrengthening the primary and middle school teachers’ psychologicaltraining, improving the teachers’ reflective ability, promoting the newform of teaching training,pay attention to the demands of differentschools, based on“go out”training to promote school–based training,based on degree to promote the ability of teachers.By analyzing the data, we can get the real demand of the teachingtraining of the six provinces in central: for training form, the teacherslike to exchange with the brother schools and receive training fromcolleges and universities best; for training content, the teachers liketo improve teaching philosophy best; for training methods, theteachers like to observe and learn from excellent primary andsecondary schools. For training teachers, the teachers likeoutstanding teachers or famous teachers to guide. At the same time,for training demand, teachers of different categories schools are notthe same, different teaching experience and different gender it showsdifferent in the training contents, forms and methods.
