Research On The Issues And Countermeasures Of Pre-service Training Of University And College Teachers

The standard of teachers is the key element of the quality of high education and the standard of academy. To improve the quality of high education and build top characteristic-oriented universities, the key is building a high-quality, and professional faculty team, which needs to orients from promoting the teachers' professional development and healthy growth, to provide suitable conditions and good opportunities for their study and training and improving academic standard and creative capabilities. The pre-service training of the university and college teachers is helpful for the new teachers to adapt to their professional activities and has an important role of guidance for the new teachers'orientation of their roles and emotional attributions. This section analyzes the organization of pre-service training college teachers'status, content status, assessment status and effect situation, and the problems and to analyze the reasons for the proposed solution strategy to prepare.Chapter IV:Optimizing management recommendations pre-service training college teachers.
