The standard of teachers is the key element of the quality of high education and the standard of academy. To improve the quality of high education and build top characteristic-oriented universities, the key is building a high-quality, and professional faculty team, which needs to orients from promoting the teachers' professional development and healthy growth, to provide suitable conditions and good opportunities for their study and training and improving academic standard and creative capabilities. The pre-service training of the university and college teachers is helpful for the new teachers to adapt to their professional activities and has an important role of guidance for the new teachers'orientation of their roles and emotional attributions. The paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter ?:Introduction. Introduces the research background and significance, and the relevant literature the basic sort; clarifies approach to the study and innovation.Chapter ?:Overview of University Teachers of pre-service training. This section describes the pre-service training college teachers of the core concepts, content, features, characteristics and theoretical basis.Chapter ?:Teacher Status and Problems of pre-service training. This section analyzes the organization of pre-service training college teachers'status, content status, assessment status and effect situation, and the problems and to analyze the reasons for the proposed solution strategy to prepare.Chapter IV:Optimizing management recommendations pre-service training college teachers. The section on the problems that they identify some suggestions:respectively, from the pre-service training of teachers in improving understanding of the training content and modes optimized to enhance the training process management and assessment in three areas to be adjusted to improve the effect of pre-service training.In this study, literature search, comparative studies, systems analysis and other research methods, the proposed measures on the combination of target management, demand-oriented determine training content and the implementation of performance appraisal management, improve the effectiveness of training has innovation, strengthening the College teachers, improve the overall quality of teachers has a certain reference value.
