Cultivating pre-service excellent teacher is not only to meet the demand for high quality teachers in basic education field, but also an important national reform in the field of teacher education.This paper takes pre-service excellent teacher training project in F University as the research case and four basic issues are explored:what problems exist in the pre-service excellent teacher training practice, what are the factors influencing the growth of pre-service outstanding teachers, what measures should be taken to promote the development of pre-service excellent teachers training practice. Firstly, this paper sets the pre-service excellent teacher training standards from four dimensions:personality traits, teaching knowledge, professional ability and education faith. Also, the theory of teachers' professional development and teachers'learning are selected as the theoretical foundations. Secondly, Basing on the field interview and questionnaire, the author explores the current situation of pre-service excellent teacher training practice in F University and finds eight problems in the practice of pre-service excellent teacher training in F University; meanwhile, the author also analyzes the factors influencing the growth of pre-service outstanding teachers from the outside and inside points. Lastly, from the level of state, normal colleges and universities, primary and secondary schools, and individual pre-service excellent teacher, the author puts forward four measures that can construct a good external development environment for pre-service excellent teachers; with the selection mechanism, training model, curriculum setting, teaching equipment and personnel evaluation as the breakthrough point, the author puts forward some training strategies that can optimize the whole process and development of pre-service excellent teacher.
