| In recent years,with the increasing number of tennis events in Wenzhou City,attracting a large number of young people to participate in tennis,tennis is about to be included in the middle school entrance examination sports.Wenzhou City as a social force run sports pilot city pioneer,has a strong private capital.Many favorable conditions have created a good tennis atmosphere for Wenzhou City.With the increase of the number of tennis training institutions,the demand side has also put forward higher requirements for training institutions.How to provide better services to meet the needs of young people to participate in tennis training has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the research methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates the current situation of supply and demand in Wenzhou youth tennis training market,and combines the service quality measurement model to analyze the supply and demand problem of Wenzhou youth tennis training industry in the level of service quality.The aim is to further enhance the specialization of training institutions and promote the overall development of Wenzhou youth tennis training market.The findings are as follows:(1)The present situation of training market supply: the number of youth tennis training institutions in Wenzhou is small,the indoor tennis court is short;the complex talents who can carry out scientific management of the institutions are less;the coaches who take up posts without certificates are the majority,and the full-time coaches are less.It shows that Wenzhou youth tennis training institutions in seriously restricted the development of training market in terms of quantity,venue facilities,institutional managers and coaches.(2)Status of demand in the training market: the demand side places the most emphasis on distance from the training site,the formality of the training institution and the quality of service;in the area of personalized service,the demand side expects to receive classroom feedback,pre-class and post-shuttle and pre-competition information notification services;in the case of coaches,the demand side pays more attention to the teaching experience and teaching qualifications of coaches;and in terms of course selection,it tends to teach in small classes of 2-6 people.It shows that the demand side has different requirements for training institutions because of different motivation for training.(3)Training market service quality analysis: among the five dimensions of service quality,the demand side is most satisfied with the tangible dimension and the least satisfied with the responsive dimension;the demand side has the highest expected score for the reliabilitydimension,indicating that the demand side pays more attention to the formal nature of the training organization,the scientific training plan and the comprehensive ability of the coaches;the lowest perceived score is the responsive and empathetic dimension,so the training institutions should regularly assess the coaches from these two dimensions to improve the comprehensive ability of the coaches.(4)Analysis of supply and demand problems: supply side: the distribution of tennis training institutions in Wenzhou City is uneven,and there are more private classes;coaches have uneven qualifications and lack of full-time coaches;personnel allocation is not perfect,lack of professional course consultants;affected by mould rain weather,the site supply and demand is not balanced;the quality of service can not satisfy the demand side.Demand side: the contradiction of learning and training between young students;high cost of training;constantly changing motivation of training;understanding of tennis training institutions.(5)Coping strategies: improving the government supervision system and guiding the regularization of private classes;enhancing the capacity of managers of training institutions and adding a post of course consultant;standardizing the assessment system of training institutions and enhancing the comprehensive ability of coaches;strengthening cooperation with schools and communities to make training sites morediversified;strengthening the construction of tennis venues and adding modern tennis training equipment;unblocking channels of information communication and improving the quality of service of institutions. |
