| With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,rural basic education has become an important area of national concern,and the development of rural teachers has received extensive attention from society and academia.Teacher training is an important method and path to improve the professional quality of rural teachers.Understanding and basing on the training needs of teachers is the premise to improve the scientificity and effectiveness of rural teacher training.It supports the professional development and professional quality improvement of individual teachers.It is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of education.Only by understanding the real needs of rural teachers,can we set appropriate training objectives,select appropriate training content,and truly achieve targeted goals.In order to improve the efficiency of rural training management,based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,the content and hierarchy of rural teachers’ training needs are discussed,and the hierarchy and content system of rural teachers’ training needs are clarified.Based on this,the author conducts an in-depth investigation on the training of rural teachers,reveals the problems and analyzes the reasons,in order to provide some theoretical support for promoting the training of rural teachers.Using the method of questionnaire survey,on the basis of collecting and sorting out the existing literature,taking Shimen County,Changde City as a case,the training needs of rural teachers in the county were investigated.Conflict,summarizes the problems existing in rural teacher training in Shimen County,Changde City,such as few teacher training opportunities,lack of innovation in training content,traditional single training methods,and lack of evaluation and result feedback in training,and further analyzes the reasons for the problems.On this basis,it is revealed that the relevant departments of the local government do not pay enough attention to the demand for teacher training,the sharing of training resources is poor,and the funding support for teacher training is insufficient.Based on the content and hierarchy theory of rural teacher training needs,this thesis puts forward suggestions for rural teacher training,such as building a good external environment for teacher training,establishing a three-dimensional teacher training system,improving teacher training guarantee mechanisms,and cultivating professional teacher training teachers.And take the rural teacher training in Shimen County,Changde City as a practical case,improve the training management concept and training mode,so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for the vast rural teacher training in our country. |
