Purpose:Toobservethecolorectalcancer(includingcolorectalcancer,coloncancer) patients with operation and operation in patients with symptomaticcharacteristics, in order to better clinical treatment in the improvement ofclinical symptoms, delay the progress of the disease, improve patients’ livingquality, prolong life span.Material and method:From2009March to2011May in the Affiliated Hospitalof Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of all patientswith colorectal cancer, a total of182cases,96were male,86female cases. Forthese patients with colorectal carcinoma undergoing clinical investigation,observation of their symptoms characteristic of. The patients in all clinicalsymptoms as the variable input computer, build a database, using Microsoft Excelsoftware and SPSS17.0software, without operation patients and operation wereobserved by cluster analysis, and the postoperative patients was divided intopostoperative metastasis and postoperative disease-free survival grouprespectively for clustering analysis.Results:1Without surgery in patients with frequencies up to more than30%of the permitwaiting for the blood in the stool, fatigue, anorexia, abdominal distension,red tongue, white coating, wiry pulse; after surgery, compared with fatigue,anorexia, thready pulse, the pulse, abdominal distension, moss tired, abdominalpain, insomnia.2There were no patients appear at frequencies up to more than30%of the syndromewere fatigue, white fur, thready pulse, the pulse, anorexia; postoperativemetastasis were fatigue, anorexia, thready pulse, insomnia, greasy fur,abdominal distension, abdominal pain, white fur, dark tongue, pulse, pulsestring. 3The performance of colorectal cancer for the spleen Liver Depression (41.21%)the Spleen transportation of stolen Division Chief the Stomach Shangni (30.77%),spleen failing the blood-cum-heat Accumulation (23.08%), liver qi stagnationand Chief Stomach Shangni (4.59%); surgery in patients with spleen does notcontrol blood chief of gas subsidence of the more common (33.33%); surgerypatients, temper deficiency and Stomach Shangni more common (37.07%). There wereno patients with Spleen Stomach Shangni more common (42.86%); recurrencemetastasis to liver depression and spleen more common (44.78%).Conclusion:1、Colorectal cancer patients treated by surgery performance common to liverstagnation and spleen deficiency.2、Without surgical treatment in patients with invasion of Spleen cult poisonsymptoms.3、Postoperative temper deficiency symptoms. Among them, patients with spleendeficiency, the Stomach Shangni more; recurrence metastasis stagnation andspleen deficiency more common.
