Objective:To explore the distribution of TCM syndromes after colorectal cancer(CRC)operation,so as to find out its internal rules, and provide some theoretical basis for clinical treatment of colorectal cancer after operation. Methods:This study is a retrospective study, selected a total of 215 patients met the inclusion criteria of postoperative colorectal cancer, the establishment of the database according to the general condition of patients, diagnostic data, data SPSS21.0 statistical software was used for frequency analysis,K-analysis,K-means clustering chi square test, combined with professional knowledge of TCM Syndrome distribution postoperative colorectal carcinoma, and to explore the syndrome distribution law. Results:?In this retrospective study, there were more men than women in 215 cases of colorectal cancer surgery, and the majority of the patients were middle-aged and old.?smoking, drinking, after appendectomy and cholecystectomy were important factors of colorectal cancer.? of the 215 cases, the right semicolon was 112,the pathological stage was mainly III stage, and the left hemicolon was 103 cases, with the most ? stage, after analysis, the distribution results were statistically significant(P<0.05).?The syndromes obtained from K mean cluster analysis were the syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis(27.4%)>the syndrome of qi deficiency of spleen and stomach(23.3%)>the syndrome of damp-heat of spleen and stomach(21.4%)>the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis(13.5%)>the syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney(7.4%)>the syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney(7%).? Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome, spleen deficiency damp heat syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome are mainly found in the middle and old age group of 40-69 years old,and the liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome is mostly seen in the patients over 70 years old, after analysis, the distribution results were statistically significant(P<0.05)? Men were mostly seen in Qi deficiency, blood stasis, spleen deficiency, dampness heat,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, after analysis, the distribution results were statistically significant(P<0.05).? There was no significant difference between the different syndromes and the locations and staging of tumors(P>0.05).Conclusions:The incidence of colorectal cancer is more common in middle-aged and elderly men,and has a certain correlation with smoking, drinking, cholecystectomy and post appendectomy.Because of the difference in embryo origin and physiological structure between left and right hemicolons, the pathological stage of the right hemicolon is mainly ? stage, and the left hemicolon is ? stage. After the study, the TCM syndrome of large intestine cancer was found to be more common with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome, which accords with the state of positive Qi deficiency after operation.
