Objectives This study used prospective research methods to collect data on symptoms and signs of patients with colorectal cancer before and after chemotherapy Treatment In the case of colorectal cancer patients, the timing of intervention and the rule of treatment are provided during chemotherapy to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods:This study selected patients diagnosed with eolorectal eancer who were admitted to the Department of Oncology,General Surgery,Anorectal Surgery of Jiangsu Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital and Jiangsu Cancer Hospital from June 2019 to January 2020.The observed patients were all adjuvant chemotherapy after operation.Collect the patient's medical records through questionnaires, including the patient's age, gender, pathological characteristics, clinical stage,KPS score, quality of life score(EORTC QLQ-C30),treatment methods, and information on the four diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine The results of the data are collated, statistically summarized, and the patients' TCM syndrome types are judged, and their changes are analyzed. Results:A total of 62 patients were enrolled in this study,2 of whom were shed.Among the patients enrolled,35 were male, accounting for 58.3%,and 25 were female, accounting for 41.7%.The type of TCM syndromes of colorectal cancer before chemotherapy was the most complicated with damp heat syndrome, with 28 cases(46.7%),followed by spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome(18.3%),liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome(15%),and qi and blood deficiency.Syndrome(10.0%),and finally the spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome and stasis-resistance internal resistance syndrome account for 5.0%each;in the second cycle of chemotherapy, patients still use damp-heat syndrome(35.0%),followed by liver-kidney-yin Deficiency Syndrome(23.3%),Spleen Deficiency Qi Stagnation Syndrome(20.0%),Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome(10.0%),Qi and Blood Deficiency Syndrome(8.30%),Stasis and Stasis Syndrome(3.3%);Cycle 3 Chemotherapy At the time, the patient switched to Liver Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome(33.3%),followed by Spleen Deficiency Qi Stagnation Syndrome(18.3%),Qi and Blood Deficiency Syndrome(16.7%),Damp Heat Syndrome(16.7%),and finally Stasis Drug resistance card(1.7%).The syndromes that increased after chemotherapy compared with those before chemotherapy include liver-kidney-yin deficiency syndrome,qi-blood deficiency syndrome, and spleen-yang deficiency syndrome.Among them, the liver-kidney-yin deficiency syndrome increased significantly during the third cycle of chemotherapy compared with that before chemotherapy.the types of syndromes decreased after chemotherapy compared with those before chemotherapy include damp-heat syndrome and internal stasis syndrome.Among them, the damp-heat syndrome has the most obvious change during the third cycle of chemotherapy, and it has Statistical significance, the rest syndrome types were not statistically significant. There is a correlation between TCM syndrome types and KPS scores of patients before and after chemotherapy. At the same time,as the disease progresses, the KPS scores of patients decrease slightly compared with the previous ones.Among them,Qi deficiency and blood deficiency syndromes are statistically compared with those before chemotherapy in the third cycle of chemotherapy.Significance no significant difference was found in the other comparisons. The syndrome of stasis and toxin intermal resistance accounted for the most in stage ?,and stage ?and stage ? were the most common in the damp heat syndrome. The syndrome of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation was mainly stage ?.Phase ? and phase ? accounted for the most, and the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome was the most common stage IV.The TCM syndrome type of patients was related to the clinical TNM period, and the difference between the two was statistically significant.Conclusions:1.The damp-heat syndrome was the most common TCM syndrome type before adjuvant chemotherapy for colorectal cancer, followed by spleen deficiency and qi stagnation, liver and kidney Yin deficiency,qi and blood deficiency, spleen and kidney Yang deficiency, and stasis and toxin internal resistance.2.The change of syndrome type and syndrome in patients after chemotherapy was that the syndrome of liver and kidney Yin deficiency increased, and the increase was the most obvious during the 3rd cycle of chemotherapy, and the syndrome of qi and blood deficiency and the syndrome of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency also increased slightly.3.After chemotherapy, the syndrome of dampness-heat accumulation and settlement was significantly reduced, the syndrome of stasis and toxin internal resistance was slightly reduced, and the syndrome of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation did not fluctuate significantly before and after chemotherapy.4.Before chemotherapy, colorectal cancer patients were mainly erupirical, and after chemotherapy, they were mainly hypoplastic,5.TCM syndrome types of colorectal cancer are correlated with KPS score.6.The patient's TCM syndrome type is related to the clinical stage. The clinical stage changes from stage ? to ?,and the TCM syndrome type has a tendency to change from real to virtual.
