256 Cases Of Primary Gastric Cancer Characteristics And Evolution Law Of Tcm Syndrome In Clinical Research

Purpose：Objective:To analyse and discuss the characteristics and evolution of gastriccancer on Traditional Chinese Medical syndrome.Material and method：Use retrospective study method, apply Microsoft Excel andSPSS17.0statistical software for frequency statistics and Clustering analysis, according to thetotality,have done surgery，have done no surgery, no disease afer surgery, tumor recurrenceor metastasis after surgery,classified256cases of gastric cancer patients according to thesyndrome performance,get major syndrome performance for each type of patients, andsyndrome differentiation.Results：1. The most common syndrome performances of patients with gastric cancer are reducingappetite,fatigue, abdominal pain, abdominal tenderness and reddish tongue, white tonguefur, thin pulse.2. No surgery patients with abdominal tenderness as the main performance, the patients aftersurgery is behaved for such reducing appetite, fatigue, abdominal distension as the spleendeficiency syndrome performance is more marked. Postoperative patients with syndromeperformance such as pantothenic acid noisy, red tongue, moss yellow, taut pulse,postoperative recurrence or transfer patients with syndrome performance such as nausea,vomiting, bloated, urine, light red tongue, little coating.3. Clustering analysis results are shown:⑴On the whole, the characteristics of syndrome in traditional Chinese medical of gastriccancer can be summarized as both deficiency of spleen and stomach and liverdepression,accompanied with phlegmdampness,stomach heat, disharmony between liverand stomach, stomach qi upward reversal, deficiency of qi and blood;⑵The syndrome characteristics of patients who have done surgery can be summarized asthat it’s given priority to spleen deficiency、liver depression and phlegmdampness,accompanied with stomach-Yin deficiency, damp-heat retention spleen, stomach qi upward reversal, water retention due to hypofunction of the spleen, liver depressiontransforming into heat,both liver despression and stomach heat, disharmony betweenspleen and stomach, disharmony between liver and stomach; Have no disease inpostoperative period are give priority to deficiency of spleen and stomach; Tumorrecurrence or metastasis in postoperative period are given priority to both deficiency ofspleen and stomach and liver desppression,accompanied with phlegmdampnes.⑶Patients who have no surgery are given priority to deficiency of spleen and stomach andliver depression, accompanied with both liver despression and stomach heat,disharmony between liver and stomach, stomach-Yin deficiency, stomach qi upwardreversal, uncontrol blood of spleen,deficiency of qi and blood.Conclusion：1. Deficiency of spleen and stomach accompanied with liver depression always happen inthe process of the development of the disease, this disease closely related with liver andspleen, patients who have done stomach radical surgery given priority to deficiency ofspleen and stomach, Clinical treatments of traditional Chinese medicine are given torehabilitating qi of middle-jiao energy and regulating qi activity.2. The syndrome characteristics of patients with primary gastric cancer are complicated andchangeful,“Three syndromes exists at the same time” in every stage.syndromes existsdynamic evolution in every stage of disease development, In the clinical treatment, Weshould “prevention and treatment proceed at the same time, prevention before diseaseonset, preventing disease from exacerbating”.This research is to provide the reference forboth TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment and multistage treatment about primarygastric cancer.
