Objective: To collect the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional ChineseMedicine cervical cancer first diagnosis of patient data, the use of frequency analysis, clusteranalysis to analyze the clinical manifestations of patients with cervical cancer, summarizeTCM Hou syndromes and focus on discovery of the laws of evolution of syndromes, pendingfurther guidance cervical cancer clinical medicine treatment, improved patient outcomes.Methods: Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital ofhospitalization during the clinical data of all patients with cervical cancer from January2009to June2012, all the information to conduct a comprehensive finishing, and in strictaccordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to filter, select one of meet therequirements of the48cases (57cases) medical records, retrospective study, the use ofMicrosoft Excel2003software of its main signs and symptoms of frequency statistics, theestablishment of basic information database, and the use of SPSS17.0software of syndromesof patients with cervical cancer candidate cluster analysis, in accordance with the relevantdiagnostic criteria dialectical type. The statistics Syndromes in Patients with performancestatus and deaths, x2test analysis and comparison of various syndromes, and the results wereanalyzed and summarized.Results:1.The main clinical manifestations of1.48cases (57cases) of patients with cervical cancerfatigue, anorexia, thin white fur, abdominal pain, bloating, lower extremity edema, dark redtongue, lower extremity pain, red, pink tongue, constipation, the pulse fine and32kinds ofsymptoms by frequency of occurrence in order of priority.2.According to the main clinical symptoms of patients with cervical cancer and symptoms anddiagnostic criteria,48patients (57cases) patients with syndromes are divided into foursyndrome types: liver qi stagnation in11cases (19.30%), liver spleen deficiency syndrome13cases (22.81%), hot and humid place cards19cases (33.33%) and spleen deficiencysyndrome,14cases (24.56%). 3.48cases (57cases) of cervical cancer minor clinical performance skin petechiae,spontaneous less moss, vomiting, difficulty breathing, abnormal vaginal discharge, rapid pulse,slippery pulse string, flank pain, urinary incontinence, chills, fever, blood in the stool, pulsestring, chest pain, dysuria and frequency in order of priority. Secondary manifestations ofpatients with cervical cancer, derived by differentiation syndrome, blood stasis5cases, theBlood7cases,13cases of phlegm card.4.Death discharged in15cases, mortality counts and analysis of different syndromesdifference, applying the x2test drawn, hot and humid place cards and spleen deficiencysyndrome higher mortality rate (x2=7.79<x20.005, P <0.05).Conclusions:1.Clinical manifestations in patients with cervical cancer to the fatigue, anorexia, thin whitefur, abdominal pain, bloating, lower extremity edema, dark red tongue, lower extremity pain,red, pink tongue, constipation, pulse fine.2.Patients with cervical cancer is more common liver qi stagnation, liver depression andspleen deficiency syndrome, hot and humid place cards and spleen deficiency syndrome fourtypes of TCM syndromes.3.Hot and humid place a higher mortality rate than the liver Qi stagnation and stagnation andspleen deficiency certificate card and spleen deficiency syndrome (x2=7.79<x20.005, P<0.05).
