| 1.Objectives:①The present study was designated to investigate the effects of using Cuochuang mixture and Dangguikushen pill to treat acne,according to the improvement of patients'skin lesions and syndromes.Assessing the curative effect of Cuochuang mixture.②Using parker ink to dye the material coming from patients'skin lesions,Discussing the relativity of acne and M.furfur.③Doing external bacteria repressing experiment with Cuochuang mixture ,that was to offer datas of theory and experimentation.2.Methods:2.1 Clinical trial: this randomized,controlled,4-week study assessed the efficacy of Cuochuang mixture to treat acne.The samples were collected from 62 cases of acne.amomg which 34 cases were treated with Cuochuang mixture as treatment group,28 cases with Dangguikushen pill as control group.Forming an estimate of scores and syndromes.The side-effects were also evaluated both in the two groups.2.2 Experimental research:2.2.1 The study of M.furfur coming from acne patients'skin lesions: Using parker ink to dye the material,then detected it with microscope.2.2.2 The research of external bacteria repressing experiment:using different concentration of Cuochuang mixture to inhibit P.ance and M.furfur.3.Results:3.1 Clinical trial: After 4 weeks'treatment, the scores of skin lesions and symptom in both the treatment group (n=34) and the control group (n=28) reduced obviously.the reducing rate of treatment group was 61.31%,higher than the reducing rate of control group. The scores of syndromes reduced obviously between two groups in the end of the treatment,the reducing rate of treatment group was 62.77%,also higher than the other.The study showed that the skin of many acne patients was greasy and mixed;The central places of skin lesions was forehead,jowl and around the mouth; The character of 61.29 percent patients were impetuously; The change of the period would bring serious result to the skin lesions among many of female patients.3.2 Experimental research:3.2.1 The study of M.furfur coming from acne patients'skin lesions:positive rate of M.furfur was 23.08% in 117 cases of acne patients,including 7 cases of male patients and 20 cases of female patients.The outcomes of this research showed that 16～25 aged patients had M.furfur ,more than 80% of total cases.The relationship of disease serious degree showed that the positive rate was 66.67% among mid-term degree acne patients.3.2.2 The inhibitory experiment of P.acne:inoculate P.acne to the anaerobic blood plate,using the different concentration of Cuochuang mixture to carry out the test.Conclusion:incubating for 72 hours,the MIC of Cuochuang mixture was 11.41mg/ml.Using agar diffused method to put up the inhibitory experiment of M.furfur.The usable concentration of Cuochuang mixture was 100%,60%,50%,40%,30%,20%,10%,5%,0%.As a result:the minimum inhibitory concentration (that the ring of inhibitory bacteria≥10mm)of Cuochuang mixture was 30%.4.Conclusion4.1 It could be seen that Cuochuang mixture had better curative effect on acne treatment.Compared with control group,treatment group had better impact on improvement of skin lesions and syndromes.4.2 M.furfur could be found in the material of ance patients'skin lesions;External bacteria repressing experiment approved that Cuochuang mixture could repress P.acne and M.furfur.To sum up,this task proved that Cuochuang mixture had better curative effect on acne treatment,it should be deserved clinical generalization usage and further thorough researched. |
