Clinical Resenrch On Treating Simplex-hemlcrania With Sharp-hooked Needle

Objective：To observe the effect of Sharp-hooked needle therapy in treatingmigraine. To investigate preliminary the mechanism of sharp-hooked needle treatmenton migraine and to promote this technique spread to all the community.Methods：60patients were randomly divided into2groups.30cases in the therapygroup (sharp-hooked needle group) and the other30cases in the control group (filiformneedle group).Treatment with sharp-hooked needle is performed one time every3days,and a circle of treatment include3times. Treating with filiform needle was performedonce per day for10days. To evaluate the curative effect before and after treatment.Results：Various symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after treatmentin patients were improved significantly. The total efficiency is100%inSharp-hooked-needle group, there were12cases with cured,13cases with markedeffective,5cases with effective and0cases no-effective. The total efficiency is87%infiliform needle group, there were8patients with cured,10cases with marked effective,8cases with effective and4cases with no-effective. A significant difference is appearedbetween the two groups and the result of therapy group better than the result of controlgroup. The therapy group and control group before and after treatment, visual analogscores (VAS) and pain score were significantly different, indicating the therapy groupbetter than the control group. No adverse reaction was found in the course of thetreatment.Conclusion：Through systematic research, we found that sharp-hooked needletreatment of nerve-root cervical spondylosis in the overall efficacy, visual analog scores(VAS) and pain score are significant, and this technique is easy to learn, and securityfeatures, are worth promoting.Besides, this technique is characteristic by easy to learn,security and in less time, which is worth promoting. The mechnasim of sharp-hookedneedle to treat migraine is to improve local of brain neurological and blood vesselsoutcome,removing blood stasis and dredging meridians.
