Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis(Deficiency Of Lung And Spleen Qi)with Sharp-Hooked Needle Combined With Sijunzi Decoction

Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effect of Feng hook needle combined with Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(lung and spleen qi deficiency type),to observe the clinical effect in the near and long term after treatment,and to provide a more effective and feasible treatment plan for the clinic.Methods: The 86 patients with allergic rhinitis(lung qi deficiency type)collected from September 2018 to May 2019 in acupuncture and moxibustion department of Shanxi Acupuncture and moxibustion Hospital were randomly divided into treatment group 43cases: Feng hook needle combined with Sijunzi decoction for allergic rhinitis;control group 43 cases: oral loratadine tablets for allergic rhinitis.Treatment group: Yingxiang(double),Tongtian(double),Yindang were treated once every 10 days,3 times as a course of treatment,while taking Sijunzi decoction,1 dose / day,morning and evening,a total of10 doses;control group :10 mg of loratadine tablets,1 time / day,10 doses / time,1month for 1 course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the changes of clinical symptoms,signs,serum IgE values before and after treatment were observed in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.At the end of 6 months after treatment,the two groups were followed up by telephone to evaluate the long-term efficacy of the two groups of treatment methods.Results:1.Compared with the treatment before treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups improved significantly(P<0.05).However,the improvement of clinical symptoms after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Compared with the treatment before treatment,the physical signs of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),but the improvement of physical signs after treatment of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment of allergic rhinitis Sijunzi decoction for allergic rhinitis(pulmonary spleen qi deficiency type)was better than oral loratadine tablet for allergic rhinitis(pulmonary spleen qi deficiency type).3.There was a significant decrease in serum IgE between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05).The decrease in serum IgE was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Both groups were clinically effective.The total effective rate of treatment of allergic rhinitis(lung qi deficiency type)was 88.30%,and that of oral loratadine tablet for allergic rhinitis(lung qi deficiency type)was 77.50%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical effect of Feng hook needle combined with Sijunzi decoction for allergic rhinitis(lung qi deficiency type)was optimistic.Long-term follow-up of the two groups,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 4.6%,the recurrence rate of the control group was 9.3%,indicating that Feng hook needle combined with Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(lung and spleen qi deficiency type)far away stage effect is better.Conclusion:Feng hook acupuncture combined with Sijunzi decoction as a combination of acupuncture and medicine traditional Chinese medicine treatment,both symptoms and symptoms,clinical near and long-term curative effect are more optimistic,more rapid and efficient to solve the pain of patients,reduce the psychological burden of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.Feng hook needle combined with Sijunzi decoction,as a green therapy without any side effects,is a more practical method for the treatment of allergic rhinitis(lung and spleen qi deficiency type)in clinic,and can be further popularized and applied in clinic.
