Clinical Study On Hooked Needle Combined With Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction Added With Puerariae In The Treatment Of Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis

Objective:To assess the efficacy of Hooked Needle combined with ramuli cinnamomi decoction added with puerariae to Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis (wind-cold-dampness syndrome)Methods:This research treats Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis (wind-cold-dampness syndrome),employing the draw-lots methods to divide72patients into two groups randomly.The treatment group of Hooked Needle combined with ramuli cinnamomi decoction added with puerariae uses Hooked Needle with Neck three point.The control group was treated with Electroacupuncture therapy combined with ramuli cinnamomi decoction added with puerariae.A period of treatment consists of2weeks.Taking the pre-therapy and post-therapy is observed,aiming to carry out study on the clinical curative effect of Hooked Needle to Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis (wind-cold-dampness syndrome)Results:①After1course of treatment group and control group treatment in the Japanese scholars Tianzhong Jing’s long-type cervical spondylosis of nerve root method scales score was significantly increase (p<0.05) and the pain rating index score(PRI),visual analog scale score (VAS) and pain intensity(PPI) were significantly decrease(p<0.05).②The Clinical symptoms、 signs and pain points through comparisoning the compared with the Control group,the Clinical symptoms and signs points were significantly higher(p<0.05).③After the treatment,the effective rate was93.8%in the treatment group and86.7%in the control group.④This clinical study has not occurred any adverse reaction and safety accident,all patients followed up for a month,has not found significant sequel.Conclusions:Clinical curative effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group. Hooked Needle therapy can improve the Clinical symptoms、signs and the quality of life of Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis (wind-cold-dampness syndrome) patients.
