Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the Shoulder-hand Syndrome after stroke treated by the method of sharp-hooked needle, and explore its therapeutic effect, seeking a new and effective acupuncture therapy clinically for the disease.Methods : 60 patients diagnosed with Shoulder-hand Syndrome after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases respectively. The patients of the two groups were given its basic diseases conventional treatment. The treatment group with sharp-hooked needle therapy, 1 time a week; the control group with filiform needles therapy, the patients were treated once a day,5 times a week. A course of treatment includes four weeks. After one course of treatment, to evaluate the curative effect of the patients in the two groups.Using statistic Package for Social Science 17.0 to analysis the changes of the scores before and after treatment in both groups from aspects of the swelling degree of hand and wrist, Visual analog scale, Simplified Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function and Activities of Daily living. Evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups by comparing the effects of two methods of treatment for patients.Results:1. There is no significant difference of patients, age, sexuality, courses of disease,pathogenesis and stroke incidence. Before the treatment, there is no significant difference by comparison of edema scores, VAS scores, Simplified FMA and ADL scores of the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).2. The patients of the two groups on edema scores, VAS scores, simplified FMA and ADL scores are obviously improved after a course treatment compared with that before treatment. It shows that both therapeutic methods for this disease have obvious clinical efficacy. The treatment group is superior to the control group comparison between the groups(p<0.05).3. The comparison of clinical efficacy between two groups: the treatment group of 29 cases of patients, 16 cases have obvious effect, 8 cases of effective, 5 cases have no effect, the total effective rate is 82.76%; the control group of 30 cases of patients, 7 cases have obvious effect, 16 cases of effective, 7cases have no effect, the total effective rate is76.67%.The effective rate of the two groups have statistical difference(p<0.05). Therefore, the treatment group is more effective than control group.Conclusion:1. Two methods for the treatment of Shoulder-hand Syndrome after stroke can obviously improve the symptoms of limb pain, swelling degree of hand and wrist, motor function and the ability of daily life.2. The clinical curative effect of the sharp-hooked needle therapy is better than filiform needles therapy by comparison between the two groups.3. The therapeutic method of sharp-hooked needle has definite curative effect on Shoulder-hand Syndrome after stroke and is worthy of clinical promotion...
